We are looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to provide weekend evaluations, cover PTO/vacation days, and assist with overflow PT needs during the week.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct patient care
  • Document patient progress accurately
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans

    • Requirements:

  • State licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist
  • Preferred experience with Net Health documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    • Pay: From $50.00 per hour, expected hours: no more than 5 per week. Flexible schedule available.

    Location: In-person at our skilled nursing facility in Cambridge, OH.
