Job Description

We are seeking Home Health Occupational Therapists (OT) to provide direct patient care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the care experience for patients and their families. Key responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment programs, supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
