Job Description

**Position Title:** Primary Therapist
**Location:** Heber City, Utah
**Job Type:** Full-time
**Salary:** $80,000 – $95,000 per year

**Overview:**
Join a supportive environment focused on students with neurodiversity, particularly those on the Autism Spectrum. Responsibilities include individual and family therapy, managing a caseload of 7-11 students, and conducting group therapy sessions. Therapists will participate in treatment planning and team meetings, with opportunities for professional development and generous paid time off.

**Qualifications:**
– Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
– Licensed or in the process of obtaining a license in Utah
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
