Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Description

Join a dynamic Community Wellness team in Franklin County as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This full-time or part-time position offers a sign-on bonus of $5000 for full-time and $2500 for part-time roles, with pay ranging from $45.00 to $47.00 per hour and the potential for an annual salary of around $75,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA services in various settings.
• Develop and supervise individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
• Lead and collaborate with treatment teams.
• Maintain documentation and participate in team meetings.

Requirements:

• BCBA certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in Autism and ABA.
• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a psychologist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, or LBS.
