Key duties include effective communication, teamwork, patient education, and leadership. The RN II must complete annual competencies and participate in departmental initiatives. Candidates should have an Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) and a valid RN license, with a minimum of 1,872 hours of RN experience (936 with a BSN).
