Job Description

Job Summary:

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing CT imaging to obtain diagnostic information as per physician orders. Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Maintaining knowledge of radiation safety and preparing/administering contrast media per hospital policy.
• Exhibiting critical thinking and ethical judgment in patient care.

Qualifications:

• Post High School Diploma Program.
• Relevant experience; training available for certified candidates.
• BLS Certification and ARRT certification required.

Skills:

• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in medical terminology and multitasking.
