Job Description

Position Summary: The Primary Care Clinician nurse collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless care continuum for patients in a clinic setting. The RN plays a vital role in maintaining safety and high-quality care standards, coordinating wellness and chronic illness activities, and achieving positive patient outcomes as measured by performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Licenses: RN licensed in New Mexico; BLS certification required within 2 weeks of hire.
• Experience: Minimum one year in a clinical nursing role.

Skills: Effective communication, teaching techniques, and ability to coordinate educational materials for patients.

Supervision: Responsible for supervising medical assistants and ensuring clinical staff competency.

Physical Requirements: Full range of motion, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and work under stress in a clinical environment.
