Summary: The RN Inpatient Case Manager IV provides clinically-based case management, integrating utilization management, care coordination, and transition planning. Responsible for a designated caseload, the role aims to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction while managing care costs and resource utilization in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with MSN (5 years experience) or BSN (10 years experience) in utilization review/case management
• Current NM RN licensure
• 2 years clinical nursing experience
• National Case Management certification preferred
