Join a dedicated team at Mercy Lorain Hospital as a Certified Surgical Tech (CST) and contribute to our mission of holistic patient care. New hires are eligible for a $16,000 sign-on bonus. This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, with day/afternoon shifts and rotating on-call availability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and maintaining sterile instruments and supplies for surgical procedures.
  • Assisting the surgical team and ensuring aseptic technique.
  • Participating in patient safety measures and ongoing education.
