Job Summary: The Nurse Supervisor oversees direct care nursing staff, ensuring excellence in client care and adherence to nursing standards. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, conducting assessments, managing medication administration, and providing leadership to nursing staff. The role requires effective scheduling, staff training, and maintaining a therapeutic environment.

Compensation: $45.00-$47.00 Hourly

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of three years of RN experience; behavioral health experience preferred.
• Valid RN license required; Psychiatric Nursing certification preferred.
