Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

• Flexible hours with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required).
• Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment.
• Conduct visits focusing on overall health, medication history, and physical evaluations.
• Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and travel incentives provided.
• Minimum of 5 appointments required on scheduled workdays.
• Must have a state license and be willing to relocate to Bedford County, TN.

Job types include full-time, part-time, and temporary positions, with a minimum of 10 hours expected per week.
