The BCaBA will manage a team of Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement individualized treatment plans for patients, ensuring quality care and effective patient outcomes. Responsibilities include coordinating assessments, developing treatment plans, training caregivers, and supervising clinical staff. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in ABA or a related field, BCaBA certification, and experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
