Job Description

We are seeking a RN Unit Manager to join our team at a Residential Health Care Facility dedicated to quality care and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct patient care per guidelines
• Supervising CNAs and LPNs
• Administering medications
• Wound and treatment care
• Completing assessments and care plans
• Addressing patient care plan issues for RN review

Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota RN license
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to foster teamwork and interact with diverse individuals
