Job Title: Hospice On Call Registered Nurse

Overview: The RN responds to after-hours requests, providing skilled assessments and interventions, including admissions and end-of-life visits.

Schedule: On Call RN – T|W|T|F 5pm – 8am
Compensation: Full Time Salaried, $80,000 – $83,000, with cell phone and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial nursing assessments
• Coordinate and revise care plans
• Communicate patient progress

• Perform on-call duties

Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• One+ year nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
