Registered Nurse, Residential Care Facility – up to a 25k sign-on!

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 80-bed nursing and rehabilitation center in Cortland, NY. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $37.50 – $53.06 per hour, with perks including a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000, medical and dental insurance, generous PTO, relocation assistance, and tuition reimbursement. The RN will be responsible for patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while adhering to compliance standards. Candidates should have a current NYS RN license and BLS certification, with at least one year of medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
