Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee our Nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care in compliance with regulations.

DON Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct nursing operations.
• Foster strong employee relationships and deliver outstanding care.

DON Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse from an accredited nursing school.
• Previous DON experience and geriatric care experience preferred.
• Complete health screenings, drug tests, and background checks.
