Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Job Description

We have a Full-time opportunity for an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with excellent benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401k with matching.

COTA Duties Include:

• Selecting therapy activities tailored to Residents’ needs.
• Assisting Residents with daily activities.
• Monitoring and encouraging Residents during therapy.
• Teaching the use of special equipment for daily functions.
• Collaborating with the OT to create rehabilitation plans.
• Supervising Residents’ activities for proper execution.
• Reporting progress to the OT.

COTA Requirements Include:

• Graduation from an accredited COTA Program.
• Preferred experience in Long Term Care settings.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
