Job Description

The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for overseeing the Nursing Department’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain high-quality care.

• Plan, develop, and implement nursing department functions.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident care services.
• Perform administrative tasks, including medical documentation.
• Ensure adequate staffing and resources for quality care.
