Job Description

The Registered Nurse II (RN II) in Critical Care is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation. Key duties include effective communication, teamwork, patient education, and leadership. RN IIs must complete annual competencies and participate in departmental initiatives. Required qualifications include an Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), a valid RN license, and BLS certification. Candidates should have at least 1,872 hours of RN experience (936 with a BSN).
