Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home-Based Hospital Care role, working 80% FTE with day/evening shifts, on-call duties, and weekend/holiday rotation. The position involves providing acute care in patients’ homes, performing comprehensive assessments, and ensuring appropriate referrals. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant nursing experience, preferably in home health, and a BSN is preferred. Required qualifications include a valid RN license in Wisconsin, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license.
