We are seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist for our West Lawn, PA location, offering $30.19/hour plus mileage. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with treatment teams to create and implement person-centered support plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses.
  • Providing therapeutic services in various settings, including schools and community residences.
  • Leading behavioral support interventions and conducting functional behavioral assessments.
  • Offering individual and group treatment tailored to client needs.
  • Conducting training on person-centered plans.
