Nurse Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team, considering both RN and LPN candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong nursing, communication, and leadership skills, along with knowledge of patient care and Medicare compliance.

• Collaborate with the Administrator to foster a culture of accountable care.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team and support clinical staff development.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee patient care management.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with an unencumbered RN or LPN license.
• 4 years of leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Must be available for in-office work and as a backup nurse.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.25 – $45.00 per hour
Location: Grand Junction, CO (relocation required)
