Job Description

The CRC Cottage Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy, crisis counseling, and overseeing therapeutic services for clients in a residential setting. This role involves collaborating with the Cottage Supervisor to foster a supportive environment, conducting assessments, facilitating group sessions, and managing treatment plans. The therapist must maintain a ‘team first’ approach, support staff, and ensure effective communication. Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work or counseling, relevant licensure, and experience with children in residential treatment.
