Registered Nurse (RN), Critical Care Step Down

Job Description

The Registered Nurse I (RN I) in the Critical Care Step Down unit is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation. Key duties include effective communication, teamwork, patient education, and adherence to professional nursing standards. RN I must complete annual competencies and participate in departmental initiatives.

Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Certifications: RN License and BLS Certification required; relevant specialty certification preferred.

Qualifications: Competence in nursing care across all developmental stages and reliable communication with the hospital is essential.
