Position Summary: The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) delivers speech therapy to patients based on physician referrals, adhering to relevant laws and standards.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Master’s degree in speech therapy from an accredited program.
ASHA certification (CCCs) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Active state license in good standing.
Preferred: 1 year of experience in post-acute care.
CPR certification required.
Job Requirements:
Engage in community health projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Collaborate with patients and families for care planning.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
Essential Functions:
Set and modify patient goals.
Chart and utilize therapy software accurately.
Provide excellent customer service.
Participate in interdisciplinary team communication.
