A full-time RN Case Manager position is available in Oklahoma City, OK, focusing on hospice care from 8a-5p. Responsibilities include managing patient care per physician orders, participating in interdisciplinary meetings, and supervising Home Health Aide activities. Candidates must have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, current RN licensure in Oklahoma, BLS certification, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience, with hospice experience preferred.
