Join the Child First team, an evidence-based intervention program focused on supporting vulnerable children (prenatal to age 5) and their families through intensive, home-based services. The role of the Mental Health and Developmental Clinician involves partnering with a Family Support Partner to enhance the caregiver-child relationship, utilizing trauma-informed, dyadic treatment methods. Key responsibilities include helping caregivers understand developmental challenges, reflecting on child behavior, and providing problem-solving support.
