Job Description

Position Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering quality nursing care to hospice and home care patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring adherence to patient needs and physician orders.

• Education: Graduate of a nursing school; completion of hospital and department orientation required.
• Licensure/Certification: Valid LPN license from Indiana, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and current CPR certification.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in home care, oncology, critical care, med/surg, or nursing home settings.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with 100 pounds.
• Schedule: Full-time, nights (8 PM to 8 AM), eligible for a sign-on bonus.
