Early Intervention Developmental Specialist

Job Description

Our Early Intervention programs support families with children aged birth to 3 years who have developmental delays or are at risk. We offer services in homes, centers, and the community, focusing on education and support for families.

Positions Available: Full Time and Part Time
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Responsibilities:

• Understand infant-toddler development.
• Use a parent coaching model.
• Participate in assessments and group activities.
• Provide home-based services.
• Collaborate with community providers.
• Coordinate Individual Family Service Plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 300 hours of experience with children under five.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.
