Our Neurodevelopmental Center provides unique group services for children and adolescents with autism and other neurodevelopmental challenges, utilizing a play-based ABA model. We offer 1:1 aides and intensive parent training.
Position: ABA Associate Director Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm Qualifications: BCBA, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or LCSW required Compensation: $89,302.51-$109,830.83 annually, plus a $3,000 hiring incentive Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401K match Experience: 5 years in clinical settings, including 3 years with developmental disabilities Preferred: Bilingual candidates
