PHYSICAL THERAPIST – OUTPATIENT PEDIATRIC/ADULT

Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to implement treatment programs aimed at maximizing patient independence. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing various physical therapy services, including muscle strengthening, gait training, and pain management. Responsibilities include documentation, designing assistive devices, conducting home evaluations, and educating patients and caregivers. Candidates should have a Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, current licensure in Illinois, and maintain AED/BLS certification. The position offers flexible hours and a potential $10,000 award for a three-year commitment.

• Hours: Negotiable between 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., with 2-3 later shifts required.
• Education: Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy preferred; Bachelor’s with relevant experience considered.
• Licensure: Current Illinois PT license required.
