Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to provide comprehensive physical therapy services, including evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of individualized care plans for patients, particularly in home health settings. The ideal candidate will possess a valid PT license, preferably with experience in home health, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and educating patients and families on at-home care techniques. A compassionate, patient-centered approach is essential. Competitive pay ranges from $70.00 to $80.00 per hour, with a flexible schedule and sign-up bonus available.
