We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a role in Millbury, MA, focusing on long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, and sub-acute care. The PT will provide high-level resident care across multiple facilities, requiring frequent travel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing rehabilitation care and ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Evaluating resident needs and creating effective treatment plans.
  • Coordinating with staff and participating in resident screenings.

  • Assisting with marketing and participating in training programs.
