Job Description

We are seeking a Revenue Manager to lead our team in ensuring accurate and compliant full cycle billing. This role involves overseeing funding streams, financial performance, and revenue cycle activities such as billing and collections. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the entire revenue cycle for efficient operations.
• Implementing strategies to improve billing accuracy and reduce accounts receivable days.
• Collaborating with teams to resolve billing issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Analyzing reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Reviewing payer contracts and managing credentialing processes.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, five years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Credible/Qualifacts software. This full-time position is based in Chantilly, VA, with a hybrid work option available.
