We are seeking Physical Therapists (PT) for Skilled Nursing Facilities, offering flexibility in assignments and a “choose the way you earn” model. Therapists can manage their careers while ensuring work-life balance, with remote onboarding for smooth transitions. Responsibilities include providing evaluations, creating treatment plans, and delivering quality therapy for various conditions.

• Hourly Pay: W2: $44-$46, 1099: $57
• Requirements: NYS PT License, BLS Certification, EMR competence
• Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, and more
