Job Description
> REF:#760e6fd60a0857f0We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to residents, supervise Nursing Assistants, and coordinate care with other disciplines. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the Admission/Discharge process
- Completing accident/incident reports
- Transcribing physician orders and documenting resident information
- Administering medications as prescribed
- Participating in Care Planning and conferences
- Maintaining rapport with all disciplines
- Engaging in continuing education
