Director of Rehabilitation

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Director of Rehabilitation to oversee rehabilitation services at our facilities, requiring some travel between locations.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or higher
• Licensed clinician (PTA, OTA, OT, PT)
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
• Current state licensure/certification as required

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clinical caseload
• Recruit and retain rehabilitation personnel
• Conduct orientation and training for staff
• Perform staff performance appraisals
• Ensure billing accuracy with finance team
• Review RUG categories and coordinate MDS data changes
• Monitor treatment minutes daily
• Other duties as assigned
