The Occupational Therapist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining rehabilitation programs for individuals with mental, physical, or emotional disabilities. Key duties include:

  • Planning and coordinating rehabilitation activities tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Teaching skills for daily living and evaluating patient progress.
  • Recommending adaptive equipment and conducting training programs.
  • Maintaining tools and materials used in therapy sessions.
  • Possibly creating and fitting adaptive devices like splints and braces.

    • Qualifications include a degree from an accredited college and a valid Occupational Therapy license. The position is full-time with benefits and requires local travel (75% preferred) and relocation to Beckley, WV.
