This position is for a Clinical Supervisor at the Cibola County Correctional Center in Milan, NM. The role involves:
Reporting to the Warden or Health Service Administrator for clinical operations.
Managing daily nursing activities and supervising staff.
Providing direct patient care and ensuring adequate staffing.
Performing triage, physical assessments, and emergency care.
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program with current state licensure.
Two years of nursing experience and one year of supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills and basic computer knowledge required.
Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
Salary: $118,000 – $120,000 per year with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
