Registered Nurse – Med Surg – Weekend Nights

Job Description

An opportunity exists for a Full-Time RN in Ponca City, OK, working weekends from 7p-7a with the Med Surg team. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and delivering patient care using the nursing process
• Conducting assessments and developing care plans
• Implementing and evaluating patient care interventions
• Supervising and mentoring staff

Eligible candidates may receive a $40,000 sign-on bonus if hired by 1/31/25. Benefits include enhanced compensation, front-loaded PTO, and paid family leave. Applicants must have current RN licensure in Oklahoma, BLS certification, and effective communication skills.
