Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality and compliance of nursing care
  • Develop and enhance healthcare programs
  • Lead nursing department operations
  • Assist with hiring and training
  • Foster relationships between nursing and medical staff

    • Qualifications:

  • Current MN RN licensure and CPR certification
  • 1-3 years of Transitional Care experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to patient-centered care

    • Preferred candidates will have a BSN and supervisory experience.
