Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

• Flexible hours with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required).
• Earn between $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment and potential for increased rates.
• Conduct assessments focusing on overall health, medication history, and physical evaluations without prescribing medications or altering treatment regimens.
• Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and availability incentives.
• Minimum of 10 hours per week required, with opportunities for short-term or long-term engagements.
• Must have a state license and be willing to relocate to Greene County, MO.
