Join an interdisciplinary team as a Dietitian, providing care for patients with kidney disease. You will:
Recommend therapeutic diets based on patient needs and collaborate with physicians.
Educate patients on nutrition related to kidney health and conduct assessments.
Work with a team to maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements include:
Current RD/RDN certification and state licensure.
Minimum one year of clinical nutrition experience.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in clinical applications.
