Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN, under the supervision of nursing leadership, provides effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, implementing care, and managing patient care while adhering to state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and analyze patient data.
Develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Delegate and supervise care tasks among staff.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current state licensure.
Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
Ability to communicate in English and maintain patient confidentiality.
