Now hiring a Physical Therapist in Morristown, NJ for a full-time position (37.5 hours/week, 8am to 4pm). Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers warmly and creating a positive first impression.
Ensuring a safe environment and adhering to attendance policies.
Managing a patient caseload with expertise in functional disorders, including ADL deficits and balance issues.
Providing assessments, treatments, and interventions for performance dysfunction and pain control.
Consulting with patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans.
Documenting care plans and maintaining patient records per agency policy.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy, current state certification, and 3+ years of experience in Home Health, Acute Care, or Rehabilitation settings.
