Position Summary: The role involves coordinating high-quality patient care on assigned units, providing staff support through coaching and leadership to enhance patient care, safety, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient care activities and manage shift operations.
Lead Daily Transition Rounds and ensure effective communication among care team members.
Serve as a clinical expert and provide coaching and preceptorship to staff.
Assist in performance reviews and maintain regulatory compliance.
Facilitate departmental education and orientation for new employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (or to be obtained within 3 years) and RN licensure in Ohio.
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with BLS and ACLS certifications.
Preferred: Masters degree.
Working Conditions: Must be able to handle physical demands and exposure to various health risks.
