This on-site position in Grand Rapids/Kentwood offers up to $4K in relocation reimbursement. The Residential Therapist will lead the development of programs for adolescent males (ages 12-18) facing mental health issues, trauma, or abuse. Responsibilities include providing therapy, overseeing treatment planning, and collaborating with staff to create a therapeutic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Limited Clinical License
  • Two years of clinical experience preferred

    • Compensation:

  • Limited License: $58,000 – $62,000/year
  • Full License: $63,000 – $68,000/year
