A Residential Health Care Facility is seeking a Part Time and/or Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation services to residents. The role involves:

• Communicating resident progress to supervisors and team members.
• Providing treatment as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Instructing families and staff on maintenance programs.
