Position: Clinical Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee hospice clinical services and staff
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patient care
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Manage staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Respond to patient complaints and ensure quality care

Qualifications:

• 2 years in direct hospice care
• Registered Nurse with current licensure
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred
• 3 years of leadership experience in healthcare
• Knowledge of regulations and standards
