Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin as a Care Team Leader (CTL) / Charge Nurse in the Heart and Vascular Progressive Care Surgery Unit. This 90% FTE position involves evening/night shifts with a weekend rotation. Responsibilities include leading nursing staff, facilitating interprofessional rounds, assessing unit needs, and mentoring team members.

  • Preferred education: Baccalaureate degree in nursing.
  • Minimum experience: 2 years in an inpatient unit; leadership experience may substitute.
  • Licenses: RN in WI or compact state, CPR/BLS certification required.
